Essential Chiropractic and Wellness Centre (formerly Hampton Wellness Centre) has been serving Westboro and the greater Ottawa area for over the last 25 years. Dr. Liang Dai and his staff have continued to provide excellent holistic care by offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, cold laser therapy and custom foot orthotics all under one roof. Our mission is to provide the highest quality care to our patients in order to express and maintain their optimal health - naturally without the use of drugs or surgery. Our goal is to educate our community that vitality and health come from within and that the maintenance of of health is far superior to the treatment of disease.
